Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Apple, the AI building service for Roblox operated by Apple Labs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They are short on purpose — please actually read them.

1. The service

Apple lets you describe changes to a Roblox place in natural language and have an AI agent apply them inside Roblox Studio via the Apple plugin. The service includes the web app, the API, and the Studio plugin. Apple is an independent product — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, and your use of Roblox and Roblox Studio remains governed by Roblox's own terms.

2. Beta status — provided as-is

Apple is a beta service, provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI systems make mistakes: Apple may write incorrect code, misunderstand a request, or modify your place in a way you did not intend. We built undo waypoints and checkpoints precisely because of this — use them, and keep independent backups of any place you care about. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple is not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta.

3. Your account

• You need an email address to create an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to multiply the free quota is a fast way to lose all of them.
• You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

4. Your content stays yours

You retain all rights to your projects, scripts, prompts and anything Apple generates for you in your project. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service — to store, process and transmit your content in order to do the things you ask Apple to do. We do not use your private content to train AI models (see the Privacy Policy). To the extent Apple's output is protectable, we assign any interest we might have in it to you.

5. Quotas and fair use

The free tier includes a daily Credits quota (currently 231) and a monthly ceiling (2,310); you have whichever is lower at the time, which on the free tier is 10 days at the full daily rate. Quotas, rate limits and queueing exist so that the free tier can exist. We may adjust quota numbers with notice in the changelog. Attempting to evade quotas, automate accounts, or resell access breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Apple to:

• build content that violates Roblox's Community Standards or Terms of Use;
• generate malware, scams, or experiences designed to harm or deceive players;
• attack, probe or overload the service itself;
• infringe someone else's intellectual property.

We may suspend accounts that do. Where practical we will warn first.

7. Payments

Apple collects no payment today. Checkout is not open, so there are no purchases, no subscriptions and therefore no refunds — there is nothing to refund. Paid plans are published — Pro at $12 a month and Max at $40 a month — but publishing a price is not an offer to sell, and nothing on this site can charge you while checkout is closed. When it opens, those prices and their refund terms apply, and no subscription will ever start without a checkout you confirm.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue features of the beta at any time. If we ever plan to shut the service down entirely, we will give account holders reasonable notice and a window to export their data. You can stop using Apple and delete your account whenever you like — deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will note the change in the changelog and email account holders before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes belong to the competent courts there. Questions first, though: apple.labs.app@gmail.com.
